Unfortunately my hands are shameful but the Beautiful nail art helps them to look their best 👌 Care taken to manicure my nails so that they were in the best shape for the polish. She took the time and much care getting the nails off Kitty this morning, and with all her knowledge explained lots about nails etc, which was great to listen to! A lovely lady too 🙂

We booked to go back together soon, as we had a great experience this morning. She has a lovely studio in her garden too, feels all cosy and very enjoyable having your nails done 🙂

A Client's Journey....

So a year ago, a lovely lady got in contact with me in despair, wanting an urgent appointment after being to another nail technician (no names) and not being very happy with the service that she had received or the state of her finished nails, I managed to squeeze her into an already full diary just before Christmas.  

With some trepidation, not knowing what I was letting myself in for, I met the most lovely Louise Brinkley and her nail journey with Tip Top Nails has been outstanding. Not only has this lady looked after her nails in between services, but she has also pushed me in the most amazing ways.  She started with nail extensions that were far too long for her (not by me), but I have helped her to get the long natural healthy nails that she has always wanted and now has.

This wouldn’t have been achievable without the support, training and product from the wonderful UK based brand Lecenté, their knowledge and understanding has helped me become a better nail technician and I am always learning.

With their help, this has been one the most thought provoking journeys I have ever been on with any of my clients. Thank you Louise, Lecenté, I am so happy that I met you that first time and the amazing rollercoaster ride we have been on (in a good way) and for giving me that extra push that has taken me out of my comfort zone.  I look forward to our next adventure.

Thank you so much for rescuing me last year. I also was nervous of letting someone in and not ‘fixing’ the terrible job I had paid quite alot for!  My nails have been amazing over the past year and you always go above and beyond to make my nails beautiful.
