1. 24-Hour Notice Required – Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours) – Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

3. No-Shows – If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and must prepay for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals – A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed, but arriving later may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, which could incur a cancellation fee.

5. Deposits – A non-refundable deposit (20-50% of the service cost) may be required to secure your appointment, especially for new clients or peak booking times.

6. Emergency Exceptions – I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience an urgent situation, please reach out as soon as possible.
